Fishing Charters

We offer half day (4 hour), 6 hour and full day (8 hour) fishing trips.  Trips include transportation to and from your cruise ship or hotel. We can assist with scheduling other ground stops such as Mendenhall Glacier and other attractions. Call us to schedule your trip. If you are arriving in Juneau on a cruise, please have your arrival and departure times available when you call. This will help us in planning the optimal adventure for your trip.

Included in all fishing charters: all fishing gear, terminal tackle and bait, fish cleaning, arrangements for processing and shipping fish, non-alcoholic drinks, water and snacks.

Recommended items for you to bring:  rainwear, waterproof footwear, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, warm clothing for layering; camera, extra batteries.

Half Day (4 Hour) Charters

Half day charters will focus on either halibut or salmon, depending on conditions, fish abundance, and client preference. There is usually not enough time to pursue both species on this length of trip. This adventure is 4 hours long from the time we leave the dock to our return to the dock.

6 Hour and Full Day (8 Hour) Charters

Six hour and full day (8 hour) charters will typically be a combination of halibut and salmon fishing. In some cases, the entire trip will be spent targeting either salmon or halibut. Time spent on each species depends on fishing conditions and client preference. These adventures are 6 or 8 hours, respectively from dock to dock.  A lunch is provided so please let us know of dietary restrictions or allergies when booking. Both these adventures allow us to travel further from Juneau providing more opportunity to target different fishing areas and improving the whale and other wildlife sightings.

Fishing Licenses and King Salmon stamps are available on-line.  A one day fishing license for non-residents is $15.00. Please purchase your licenses prior to coming to the boat.
