Captain John retired in 2019 after 30 plus years of professional experience in natural resource management, and is now following his dreams. Captain John has been boating and fishing his whole life and specifically in Juneau area waters since 2011. Captain John is licensed by the US Coast Guard. We love to help people catch fish and enjoy southeast Alaska waters. Alaska Bucket List Adventures is a locally owned and operated salmon fishing and whale watching charter operating in Juneau, AK. The Intrepid is a 30 foot North River boat, manufactured in 2018, designed for these waters. We designed the Intrepid with ample deck space for fishing and viewing so you don't get that cramped, crowded feeling. The Intrepid has a heated cabin and fully self contained head. All our equipment is professional quality and well maintained.
